Intense sour cherry flavour and aroma, sweet and sour. Ruby tone and shiny appearance. With whole sour cherries without their stones.
In a glass jar with a metal lid.

PRODUCTIOM METHOD
Handmade jam with no colourings, flavourings and preservatives. After the sour cherries are carefully selected, the fruit is gently pressed, sugars is then added and processed over low flame until this refined jam is obtained
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE / SUGGESTED CONSUMPTION
Keep in the fridge after opening. It can be used for several culinary applications.
