DECORATION CHEESE & BACON FRIT
To make this cocktail, you will need:
· 3 cl of Sour Cherry Vila das Rainhas® ; 3 cl of Elderflower Liqueur; 1 cl of Black Tea Syrup; 3 slices of Green Apple.
Place the apple and sour cherry in a mixing glass and leave to macerate. Add the elderflower liqueur, black tea syrup, ice and mix well in the shaker. Pour into a cocktail glass and strain.

To make this cocktail, you will need
· 5 cl Sour Cherry Vila das Rainhas® ; 20 cl Tonic Water; 1 Lemon Zest.
In a gin glass, add ice until the glass is full, then add the sour cherry. Then add the tonic water, the lemon zest and stir the sour cherry into the tonic with a spoon.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
· 5 cl de Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas Reserva® ; Top Up Sparkling Wine/Champagne; 1 Drunken Sour Cherry.
Add 4 cl of sour cherry to a flute glass, then pour in fresh sparkling wine/champagne to fill the glass.

DECORATION GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
To make this cocktail, you will need:
·3 cl Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas® ;3 cl Rum (flavored with fresh oregano); 1 cl Natural Lemon Juice; 1 cl Centrifuged Green Apple Juice; 1 cl Agave Syrup; 2 cl Egg White.
Put all the ingredients in a shaker glass and mix well. Then pour into a cocktail glass and strain over ice. At the end, grate some parmesan cheese and grind some pepper.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
· 3 cl Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas® ;3 cl Vodka; 1 cl Chocolate Syrup; 3 cl Lime Juice; 1.5 cl Egg White.
Put all the ingredients in a shaker glass and mix well. Then pour into a cocktail glass and strain over ice. Grate a little chocolate over the top and serve.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas® ; 3 bar spoons Apple & Cinnamon Jam; 3 cl Natural Lemon Juice; 1.5 Cointreau; 3 Dash Bitter Grappefruit.
Put all the ingredients in a shaker glass and mix well. Then pour into a cocktail glass and strain over ice. At the end, burn the cinnamon and let it smoke.

DECORATION LIME WEDGES OR DEHYDRATED LIME
To make this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas® ;4 wedges of lime; 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup or sour cherry tea sugar syrup.
Place the limes and syrup in a shaker glass and macerate. Then add the Vila das Rainhas Ginja, ice and shake. Pour into a glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime.

DECORATION 1 ORANGE ZEST
To make this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas® ;1 Sugar Cube; 3 drops of Angustura Bitter.
Put a lot of Vila das Rainhas Reserva ice, the sugar cube and the drops of Angostura Bitter in a mixing glass, flavour with a zest of orange and mix well. Strain the cocktail into the smoked glass. Serve with a large stone of ice and a zest of orange.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas® ; 3.5 cl Natural Orange Juice; 3 cl Honey and Ginger Syrup; 3 cl Natural Lime Juice; Top up Sparkling Water.
Put the orange juice, honey and ginger syrup, lime juice and Vila das Rainhas in a shaker. Mix well. Double strain the cocktail into a Collins glass. Serve with a stone of ice, top up with sparkling water and garnish with mint.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas®; 20 cl Schweppes Lemon Soda; 1 Zest Lemon.
Pour the 5 cl of Vila das Rainhas sour cherry into a tulip glass, then add 3 ice cubes, Schweppes Limão soda and the lemon zest.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas® ;20 cl Ginger Beer; 1 cl Lima.
In an on-the-rocks glass, pour ice, Vila das Rainhas sour cherry, Ginger Beer and then squeeze a lime wedge.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
·6 cl GCherry Sour Vila das Rainhas®; 2.5 cl Lemon Juice; 2 cl Egg White; Top: 1 cl Sparkling Water.
Put ice and all the ingredients except the sparkling water in the shaker, then shake and pour into the liqueur glass and fill with sparkling water.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Cherry Sour Vila das Rainhas®;2.5 cl Rum; 3.5 cl Pineapple Juice; 1.5 cl Sugar Syrup.
Put the pineapple juice and syrup in a shaker and let it macerate. Then add the rum and Vila das Rainhas liqueur. Add ice and shake well. Place a little honey and grated walnuts on the rim of a cocktail glass. Then strain the cocktail into the glass and serve.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
· 20 ml Bitter King; 20 ml Ginjá; 20 ml Port Wine; 20 ml Orange Liqueur
Place the glass on the rocks to cool. In a glass filled with ice, mix Bitter King, Ginjá, Port Wine and finally Orange Liqueur, stirring vigorously.
Serve the cocktail in a chilled glass with a stone of ice and a sprinkling of fresh sour cherry jam.

· 35 ml 7% Citric Acid Solution from Sour Cherry Blossom; 25 ml Homemade Citrus Syrup with Orange and Lime; 50 ml Bitter King
Add a citrus solution of flor de ginjeira to a shaker filled with ice, followed by homemade citrus syrup with orange and lime and finally Bitter King and mix well. Double strain the cocktail and serve in a flute.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
· 20 ml Pandan Leaf Syrup; 20 ml Pandan Leaf Infused Vodka; 50 ml Bitter King; 10 ml Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; Hibiscus Soda
Pour pandan leaf syrup into a Long Drink glass, add vodka infused with pandan leaf, followed by Bitter King and finally add Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur. Add ice to the top and finally hibiscus soda, cloves and lime peel. Use a sour cherry to garnish.

To make this cocktail, you will need:
1 l White Wine; 7 dl Soda; 2 dl Sour Cherry; ½ Red Apple; ½ Green Apple; 1 Orange; 1.5 tablespoons Yellow Sugar; 1 small Cinnamon stick; ½ bag Ice
Pour the white wine, soda and Ti Ginja into a jug. Add the sliced fruit and finally the brown sugar, cinnamon stick and ice. Stir everything together with a ladle and it’s ready to serve.

Prepare the infusion and leave to cool. Place the carrot and a glass of the cold infusion in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture into a glass and garnish with a mint leaf (optional).
Consume in moderation.
