Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set forth below govern the relationship between Frutóbidos, Lda. and any person or entity that purchases the services it provides. Accordingly, registration for any of the experiences implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions, which may be supplemented by specific terms and conditions sent to the Customer.

SCHEDULING/RESERVATIONS

1. After submitting the booking form for the selected experience—which must include all required information, such as your name, email address, and number of participants—you will receive an email summarizing your booking, which will include the terms and conditions of the activity. Within 48 (forty-eight) hours, you will also receive an email confirming availability.
2. After making your reservation, please check your email inbox. If you have not received the email, please contact us at licoturismo@viladasrainhas.pt.
3. All reservations are subject to the availability of the selected experience and confirmation by Frutóbidos.
4. When making a reservation, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Participation, as well as the details of the experience for which they are signing up, which constitute the specific terms and conditions for participating in the activity.
5. The “GINJOLA” and “PELOS TRILHOS DA LAGOA D’ÓBIDOS” experiences are experiences that depend on multiple factors such as the weather and third-party partners, and therefore may or may not take place. In the event of a necessary cancellation, the Customer will be informed by Frutóbidos and reimbursed for the full amount paid, or, if the Customer remains interested, the experience will be rescheduled for a new date.
6. The “GINJOLA” and “PELOS TRILHOS DA LAGOA D’ÓBIDOS” experiences are organized in partnership with, respectively, the ROYAL ÓBIDOS EVOLUTEE HOTEL (https://www.royalobidos.com/pt/index.html) and the company PENICHE 360 (https://www.peniche360.com/)
7. If you are registering more than one participant, please fill in the “Comments” field with the identification details of each participant (name and contact information for all participants), including all required identification information for insurance purposes. Failure to provide this information will result in ineligibility to participate in the activity.

VISITING HOURS AND DURATION OF EXPERIENCES

1. The duration of each experience is indicated in its description and is provided for informational purposes only; it may be subject to change depending on external factors, such as group composition, changes in weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
2. The scheduled start time for each experience is listed in its description, which will be sent to you via email. We recommend that all participants arrive 10 (ten) minutes before the scheduled time so that the experience can begin on time.
3. After the scheduled start time, we will wait a maximum of 15 (fifteen) minutes for participants.
4. All experiences include a tour of the Frutóbidos facilities, which will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. For experiences that include travel, the tour will be scheduled to coincide with the second part of the experience.
5. Participants in the experiences must follow all rules and instructions provided at the start of the experience.

PAYMENT

1. Once availability for the selected experience is confirmed, the full price for that experience will be charged.
2. Payment must be made no later than 10 (ten) days prior to the date of the experience.

CANCELLATIONS BY “FRUTÓBIDOS”

1. Frutóbidos reserves the right to cancel experiences due to unavailability or force majeure, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances that render the experience impractical or fail to ensure the necessary safety conditions for its conduct, or due to the unavailability or instructions from third-party partners.
2. In the event of cancellation of the experience by Frutóbidos, we will inform participants as soon as possible and propose a new date for rescheduling. If the Customer does not wish to reschedule the experience for another date, they may opt for a full refund of the amount already paid.
3. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours to the IBAN provided by the Customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS

1. Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled date of the experience, to the following email address: licoturismo@viladasrainhas.pt
2. Cancellations made up to 7 (seven) days before the scheduled date of the experience will incur no charges, and the full amount will be refunded to the Customer.
3. Cancellations made after the deadline specified in paragraph 1 are not eligible for a refund.

 NO-SHOW

1. If the Customer fails to show up at the scheduled date and time for the experience, this will be considered a “NO-SHOW,” and the amount paid by the Customer will not be refunded.
2. After the scheduled start time of the experience, we will wait 15 (fifteen) minutes for the Customer and the group members; failure to arrive after this grace period will be considered a “No-Show.”
3. In group experiences where any member of the group fails to show up, the experience will proceed without the absent member(s), and no refund will be issued.

As atividades da Frutóbidos estão cobertas por um seguro de responsabilidade civil, Apólice n.º RC64512356, Seguradora FIDELIDADE, que cobre danos que nos possam ser imputados durante o exercício das experiências.

Todos os participantes das experiências organizadas por nós estão cobertos por um seguro de acidentes pessoais, Apólice n.º AG64512356, Seguradora FIDELIDADE.
