With whole sour cherries without their stones.
In a glass jar with a metal lid.

PACKAGING
Keep in a cold and dry location, favouring air circulation and away from the light.
PRODUCTION METHOD
Handmade jam with no colourings, flavourings or preservatives. After the sour cherries are carefully picked and selected, the sugar is added to them over a low flame until this refined jam is obtained.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE / SUGGESTED CONSUMPTION
Keep in the fridge after opening. It can be used for several culinary applications.
