To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 3 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 3 cl Elderflower Liqueur; 1 cl Tea Syrup; 3 slices of Green Apple.
In a shaker, place the apple and the sour cherry and let it macerate. Add the elderflower liqueur, the tea syrup, the ice and mix in the shaker. Pour into a cocktail glass, straining the mixture.

DECORATION LEMON ZEST
To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 5 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 20 cl Tonic Water; 1 Lemon Zest
Using a gin glass, add the ice until the glass is full and then, the sour cherry liqueur. Then, add the tonic water, the lemon zest and with a spoon, stir the sour cherry liqueur with the tonic water.

DECORATION 1 ALCOHOLIC SOUR CHERRY
To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 5 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; Champagne/Sparkling Wine Top-Up; 1 Alcoholic Sour Cherry
Using a flute, add 4 cl of sour cherry liqueur and then, pour some chilled sparkling wine/champagne until the glass is full.

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 3 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 3 cl Rum (aromatised with fresh oregano); 1 cl Natural Lemon Juice; 1 cl centrifuged Green Apple Juice; 1 cl Agave Syrup; 2 cl Egg White
Using a shaker, mix all the ingredients. Then, pour it into a cocktail glass, straining the ice. In the end, grate some Parmesan cheese and grind some pepper.

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 3 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 3 cl Vodka; 1 cl Chocolate Syrup; 3 cl Lime Juice; 1,5 cl Egg White
Using a shaker, mix all the ingredients. Then, pour it into a cocktail glass, straining the ice. In the end, grate a bit of chocolate and serve.

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 3 bar spoons of Apple & Cinnamon Jam; 3 cl Natural Lemon Juice; 1,5 Cointreau; 3 Dash Bitter Grapefruit
Using a shaker, mix all the ingredients. Then, pour it into a cocktail glass, straining the ice. In the end, burn the cinnamon, releasing some smoke.

DECORATION LIME KERNELS OR DEHYDRATED LIME
To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 4 Lime Kernels; 1 bar spoon with Sugar Syrup or Sour Cherry Tea Sugar Syrup
Using a shaker, mix the limes and the syrup. Then, add the Vila das Rainhas® sour cherry liqueur, ice, and shake. Pour to a glass and decorate with dehydrated lime.

DECORATION 1 ORANGE ZEST
To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 5 cl Vila das Rainhas® Reserve; 1 Sugar Cube; 3 drops of Angostura Bitter
Smoke the on the rocks glass with rosemary.
In a mixing glass, add plenty of ice, Vila das Rainhas® Reserva, the sugar cube and the drops of Angostura Bitter, flavour with an orange zest and mix well. Strain the cocktail into the smoked glass. Serve with a large ice cube and an orange zest.

DECORATION PEPPERMINT & POWDERED SUGAR
To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 5 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 3,5 cl Natural Orange Juice; Honey and Ginger Syrup; 3 cl Natural Lime Juice; Sparkling Water Top Up
In a shaker place the orange juice, honey and ginger syrup, lime juice and Vila das Rainhas. Mix well. Double strain the cocktail into a Collins glass. Serve with an ice cube, finish with a sparkling water top-up and decorate with mint.

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
·3 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 3 cl Gin; 3 cl Dry Vermouth
In a mixing glass pour a lot of ice, squeeze an orange zest and add the 3 drinks. Then mix well with a bar spoon. Pour, straining, into a glass with fresh ice.

·5 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 20 cl Schweppes Lemon Soda; 1 Lemon Zest
Using a tulip glass, add the 5 cl of Vila das Rainhas cherry liqueur, then add 3 ice cubes, Schweppes Lemon soda and lemon zest.

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
·5 cl Vila das Rainhas® Sour Cherry Liqueur; 2,5 cl Rum; 3,5 cl Pineapple Juice; 1,5 cl Sugar Syrup
In a shaker place the pineapple juice and syrup and let it macerate. Then add the rum and the Vila das Rainhas® liqueur. Add ice and stir well. In a cocktail glass, place some honey and grated walnuts on the rim. Then strain the cocktail into the glass and serve

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 20ml Bitter King; 20 ml Ginjá (sour cherry distilled gin); 20 ml Port Wine; 20 ml Orange Liqueur
Place the On the Rocks glass to cool. In a glass with ice mix 20 ml Bitter King, 20 ml GinJá, 20 ml Port Wine and finally 20 ml Orange Liqueur, stir vigorously.
Serve the cocktail in the glass previously cooled, with an ice cube and a note of fresh sour cherries jam.

· 35 ml 7% Citrus Solution of Sour Cherry Blossom Citric Acid; 25 ml homemade Citrus Syrup with Orange and Lime; 50 ml Bitter King
In a shaker with ice add 35 ml sour cherry blossom citrus solution, followed by 25 ml homemade citrus syrup with orange and lime, add 50 ml Bitter King and mix well. Double strain the cocktail and serve in a flute.

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 20 ml Pandan Leaf Syrup; 20 ml of Vodka infused with Pandan Leaf; 50 ml Bitter King; 10 ml Sour Cherry Liqueur Vila das Rainhas®; Hibiscus Soda
In a Long Drink glass, put 20 ml pandan leaf syrup, add 20 ml vodka infused with pandan leaf, followed by 50 ml Bitter King and finally add 10 ml sour cherry liqueur Vila das Rainhas®. Add ice to the top and finally the hibiscus soda, cloves and lime peel. Garnish with a sour cherry.

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
· 15 ml of Lime Juice; 5 ml of Tangerine Juice; 20 ml Bitter King; 20 ml Pea Water; Sparkling Water
Squeeze lime and tangerine into the measuring cup and place in a shaker cup. Add Bitter King, pea water and mix well. Strain the preparation into a glass with ice, finish with a top-up of sparkling water.

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
1 l White Wine; 7 dl of Soda; 2 dl Sour Cherry Liqueur Ti Ginja; ½ Red Apple; ½ Green Apple; 1 Orange; 1,5 tablespoons of Yellow Sugar; 1 Cinnamon Stick; ½ bag of Ice
In a pitcher add 1 l of white wine, 10 dl of soda, 2 dl Ti Ginja. Add sliced fruit: ½ red apple, ½ green apple, 1 orange. Finally add 1,5 tablespoons of yellow sugar, 1 cinnamon sticks and ½ a bag of ice. Involve all with a spoon and it is ready to serve.

To prepare this cocktail, you will need:
1 big Carrot*, Infusion of Sour Cherry Leaves and Stems

Prepare the infusion and let it cool. Liquefy the carrot with a glass of the cold infusion, crush until homogeneous. Strain the preparation into a glass and decorate with a mint leaf.
